The department of human resource has keen importance in every business. Usually the departments of human resource in private sector, or in public sector are at forefront of recruitment process for any organization. The good work of human resource management entails the creation of such a reliable system of balancing decisions about people in regularity with stated goals of company. The department of Human resource usually uses the word “aligning”, which refer as the type of personnel it hires and retain because it mirrors what organization stands for. In recent year the Human Resource personnel are gripped with the institutionalization of legalistic standard, though according to the newly alignment idea, increasing premium is now being placed on output performance and how it influence the company.

Another concept of Human Resource is of ‘Human Capital’ which can be describe as the “Gratitude that employees in organization and business are important and necessary assets who play vital role in development and growth of firm, in a same way as our machinery and money do”. The combine attitudes, abilities, skills of employees give rapid growth to organizational performance and productivity.

The private sectors also focusing on the importance of human capital in instituting progress. Previously, private sector was focusing more on financial and technological capital build to enhance market competitiveness.
