Importance of Friendship in Islam

Humans beings always have their one problem or goodness that they want to live with each other. They need a social interaction with each other. The importance of friendship does really matters to every person. There are two categories of friends one who are really loyal or sincere and some are the friends who are there for only desiring the good from you and when you are not able to fulfill their needs they will straightly say good bye. A kind of a friendship is very rare who is really like mirror to you. In Islam there is a much importance of friendship and Islam encourages making companions.

As far as religion Islam is concern it is recommended to do love with your friends and get loved by them also. A person is lucky who is loved by their relatives or their friends and he would also give importance to his relatives.
In Quran it is said that:

‘The friends shall on that day (of judgment) be enemies of each other except those who guard against evil.’

From the last verses of Quran it is clear that a friend is known by his company he keeps. One should have a nice friend that matches your mental level. It is said that whenever you are required to judge a person you need to judge his/her friend first, you get familiar with the person required to judge. A person who wants to do friendship for the sake of helping a friend would have fulfilled the rights of companionship.
